An Exercise in Storytelling Pt.2

So, here's the next part to my story, hope ya'll enjoy =)

She sat there, calm as can be, with her hands politely on her lap and a thin smile of pleasant rapture smeared onto her face. He hair fell like a wavy waterfall and framed her rosy face. 'How long had she been sitting there?' I wondered. It looked as if she had been sitting there in the exact same spot for the past 50 years or so.

"Umm...hello?" I started.
"Hi," she replied, "Don't mind me. Go ahead, enjoy. Bon apetit."
Kinda hard to do that now. "Err, alright then. Would you like some?"
"No thanks, just ate," she said, smiling at me. "I'll just enjoy the the sights, the atmosphere," she giggled. "The park, I mean."
"The park? Lady, it's the park. I'm not sure what sights you're talking about but whatever floats your boat, I guess," I said to her, biting into my first curry puff. Honestly speaking, I expected the flavors of my food to dance a merry jig in my mouth in a grand recital that would almost make up for the horrid day I'd been having. It was rather anticlimactic, then, when the great injustice f the day slapped me in the face; I couldn't take the first bite. I was too distracted by the natural beauty, 'sight to see', if you will, sitting not two inches to my left. I sighed,

"I'm sorry. I'll just eat at home. Enjoy your sights, miss," I said, as if to nobody in particular.
"Don't apologize," she replied tartly. "Especially not to me. I f anything, you're actually doing me a favor; I was salivating just looking at that thing," she laughed and turned towards me. I couldn't help but to laugh along. Then I saw her eyes, which were colored the brightest green.
"Who are you?" I blurted out, rather rudely now that I think about it.
"Nina," she introduced herself.
"Oh, nice name." Seriously, man?
"What?" she said, implying that I clarify.
"Nothing. So, what are you doing here, anyways?"
"Looking at the stars, why?" she asked, as if the very notion of 'looking at the stars' carried their own logic.
"Ok."
I honestly didn't know how to respond to that.
